Providence Bank & Trust is continually implementing new products, services and technologies to make your banking experience with us as secure and safe as possible.
Immediately call 888.407.2265 and press option 4 from main menu and turn off your debit card in online banking and/or the mobile banking app. Once you have deactivated your card, contact us at 888.407.2265 or make an appointment at one of our branches for a new debit card to be issued.
Call 888.923.5664 immediately and our customer care specialists can help assist you in disabling and/or changing your mobile banking profile.
Make sure your password for online and mobile banking is long and strong. It should be at least 8 characters and should include a capital letter, a number and a symbol.

If you find out that your identity has been compromised, protect your accounts by logging into online or mobile banking to shut off your debit card. Contact the bank immediately to discuss how best to protect your account.
